God’s Women of Purpose. Under the leadership of Lady Mattie Allen, we are reminded that we are called to be Proverbs 31 Women. Through a series of workshops, luncheons, and spiritual retreats, we are charged to walk in victory EVERYDAY knowing that God has a plan and a purpose for our lives.

MEN'S MINISTRY

The Men’s department of Shekinah Glory is a brotherhood of Godly men who are committed to their call in the body of Christ. By taking a stand as true soldiers in the Army of the Lord, these men of warfare are not ashamed to declare God's goodness and their dependency on the Most High God.

Join us for Man Talk where we discuss real life issues and topics that are relevant to our spiritual, emotional and physical make up. This closed door session is a time set apart to mix & mingle, share testimonies an encourage each other as we grow stronger in the Lord.

 

  Man Talk: 6:30PM-7:30PM on the 1^st Thursday of each month

 

 

YOUTH MINISTRY

At Shekinah Glory we believe in investing in the future of youth of all ages.  Our youth ministry, The Joshua Generation, is lead by a team of people who are passionate about living, teaching, and instilling Godly values in the next generation by the example Jesus Christ has given; allowing them to develop as individuals to both discover and exercise their gifts and talents.  In keeping with the vision of our church, we create an atmosphere that encourages spiritual, educational and recreational growth of young people - Sunday school,  Friday night youth jams, outings, and more.  Shekinah Glory endeavors to be a positive influence in the lives of everyone we encounter - children and adults.

                                                                                               We believe "a child saved is a soul saved, plus a life!"

 

 

BENEVOLENCE MINISTRY

The benevolence ministry works diligently in giving back to the community. Whether it be a family in need of groceries or someone experiencing an extreme hardship, the benevolence ministry is in place to be a blessing to those in need. Various events and initiatives such as our annual community Thanksgiving dinner or Unity in the Community (where we provide school supplies, grocery bags and clothing to the residents in our community) have been a tangible blessing to hundreds of families over the years and we take great pleasure in knowing that we are making a difference one soul at a time.  

At Shekinah Glory we believe that we are blessed to be a blessing and we also believe that giving is most effective when it's from the heart!
